摘  要:针对安徽省某污水处理厂反硝化深床滤池出水硬度高,不利于后续工艺“UF-NF-RO”运维,也不适用于锅炉给水,本研究采用一体化水平管水质软化装置对其进行水质软化试验。试验结果表明,在小试阶段,石灰为500 mg/L、聚合氯化铝(PAC)为50 mg/L及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为5 mg/L条件下,水质软化可取得较好的去除效果。利用一体化水平管水质软化中试装置进行水质软化,在运行的6个阶段(共38个周期)内,水中浑浊度、总硬度的去除效率分别为90.75%、45.57%,出水平均pH值为10.05。High total hardness in the effluent of denitrification deep bed filter is not conducive to the operation and maintenance of follow-up process"UF-NF-RO"and not suitable for the usage in boiler feed water.To solve this problem in a wastewater treatment plant in Anhui Province,it was used by an integrated horizontal pipe water demineralization device(IHWD)for water demineralization test in this study.It was shown a good removal efficiency under the conditions of 500 mg/L lime,50 mg/L polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and 5 mg/L polyacrylamids(PAM)in the small-scale test stage.In the six stages of operation(38 cycles in total),it was used IHWD for water demineralization.The removal efficiencies of turbidity and total hardness in water were 90.75%and 45.57%respectively,and the average pH of effluent was 10.05.
