摘 要:文中采用泥膜复合膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理农村生活污水,分析了其对污染物的处理效果。连续1年的运行试验结果表明,出水化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))、总氮(TN)及氨氮可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,达标率为100%,4个水质指标的平均去除率分别为51.2%、52.9%、39.3%及88.1%。由于进水BOD_(5)/TP低,该工艺对总磷(TP)的处理效果较差,达标率仅为12.8%。泥膜复合MBR工艺对农村生活污水具有较好的处理效果,且具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,但对于生物除磷性能较差的农村生活污水,需要补充碳源或增加化学除磷单元以保证出水TP达标。The combined process of mud-film composite MBR was used to treat rural domestic sewage,and its treatment performance was analyzed in this paper.Results of continues one year operation tests showed that the concentrations of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),TN and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent could reach the first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),and their compliance rates were 100%.The average removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),TN and ammonia nitrogen were 51.2%,52.9%,39.3%and 88.1%,respectively.However,due to the low BOD_(5)/TP,the compliance rate of TP was only 12.8%.The combined process can treat rural domestic sewage effectively,and has strong ability to resist water shock loading.However,it is necessary to add chemical phosphorus removal units or carbon source to ensure the effluent TP quality reach the standard when the influent of the rural domestic wastewater has poor biological phosphorus removal performance.
