摘　　要：针对青海省某公司蒸氨废液的水质水量特点,利用碱厂石灰窑排放的CO_(2)、制碱碳化尾气及芒硝作为原料,采用预处理、碳化中和、除钙反应、盐水精制等处理手段,将蒸氨废液中的污染物转化为具有经济效益的轻质CaCO_(3)及石膏等副产品;其尾水精制为NaCl盐水,回用至碱业公司的化盐工段,实现水资源的回收利用。项目总投资为5600万元,日处理量为2760 t,吨水处理成本为8.58元,每年可实现回收100.7万t盐水,回收率达到90.57%,实现水资源的回收利用和固废的梯级利用,大幅减少传统处理工艺的固渣产生量,节省占地,并具有良好的经济效益。According to the water quality and quantity characteristics of waste ammonia liquid of a company in Qinghai Province,treatment process including pretreatment,carbonization neutralization,calcium removal reaction,brine refinement was adopted,with carbon dioxide discharged from lime kiln of alkali plant,carbonization tail gas of alkali production and mirabilite added as raw materials.Pollutants in waste ammonia liquid converted into byproducts include light calcium carbonate and gypsum,and NaCl saline water produced was reused to salt dissolving section of alkali company which recycling the water resources.The total investment of the project was 56 million yuan,the daily treatment capacity was 2760 t,the cost of water treatment was 8.58 yuan/t,and the annual recovery of 1.007 million tons of brine could be realized and the recovery rate reached to 90.57%.The treatment process realized water resources recycling and cascade utilization of solid waste simultaneously,which reducing the amount of solid and saving land occupation significantly,and present good economic benefits.
