摘 要:为验证某炼化公司炼油污水处理厂在现有工艺条件下提标改造的可行性以及探索出经济高效的处理工艺,对炼油污水处理厂一级浮选出水和过滤出水开展了两种不同组合工艺的模拟试验。试验结果表明:一级浮选出水经絮凝沉淀耦合AO生化处理后,COD_(Cr)去除率在80%左右,与目前现有处理工艺去除率相当;过滤出水经臭氧催化氧化耦合内循环曝气生物滤池处理,臭氧投加量为20 mg/L、HRT为1 h、内循环曝气生物滤池停留时间为4 h时,COD_(Cr)质量浓度能由82.77 mg/L处理至42.7 mg/L,组合工艺COD_(Cr)去除率约为48.4%,系统出水COD_(Cr)指标可稳定在50 mg/L以下。In order to verify the feasibility of the refinery wastewater treatment plant(WWPT)of a refining company under the existing process conditions,and to explore a cost-effective treatment process,the first-level floating water and filtered effluent of the refinery WWPT are simulated and tested with two different combinations of processes.Results show that COD_(Cr)removal rate is 80%when flocculation precipitation coupled AO biochemistry treatment deal with first-level floating water,that amount to existing process conditions.When the filtered effluent is processed by the ozone-catalytic oxidation coupling inner circulating aeration biological filter,the ozone dosage is 20 mg/L and the hydraulic residence time for 1 h,the residence time of the internal circulation aeration biological filter is 4 h,the COD_(Cr)can be processed from 82.77 mg/L to 42.7 mg/L,and the COD_(Cr)is removed by the combined process.And the removal rate is about 48.4%,the COD_(Cr)index of the system effluent can be stabilized below 50 mg/L.
