摘 要:文中研究了低温带式干化技术在自来水厂余泥处理中的应用。采用低温带式干化污泥中试设备处理不同含水率污泥,分析污泥减量化效果、运行能耗及蒸发冷凝水水质状况。结果表明,经过板框压滤机和叠螺机脱水的余泥进料含水率分别为68.63%、65.21%和83.39%,经过60 min烘干时间,出泥含水率可达到16.28%-43.50%,且蒸发冷凝水可直接达到排放标准,该中试设备平均运行能耗为0.3 kW·h/kg。本研究证实低温带式干化技术在自来水厂余泥减量化处理中具有较强的推广价值。In this paper,the application of low-temperature belt drying technology in the treatment of sludge in WTP was studied.Low-temperature belt drying sludge pilot plant was used to treat sludge with different moisture content,the sludge reduction effect,operating energy consumption and evaporation condition of cooling water quality were analyzed.Results showed that the water content of the feed sludge after plate-and-frame filter press and the screw stacker dehydration were 68.63%,65.21%and 83.39%,respectively.After 60 minutes of drying time,the water content of the sludge could reach 16.28%-43.50%,and the evaporated condensate wulel directly meet the emission standards,and the average operating energy consumption of the pilot plant was 0.3 kW·h/kg.This study confirms that the low-temperature belt drying technology has a strong promotion value in the treatment of sludge reduction in water plants.
