摘 要:南方某水厂以太湖为水源担负着吴江市的配水工作。随着该水厂正式运行,发现二级泵房的水泵实际运行工况明显偏离额定工况及振动,二级泵房内供水泵组需要进行优化改造,以提高其运行经济性及可靠性。文中主要研究对象是二级泵房内运行频次最多的3#泵和6#泵,并根据实际需求的平均日供水量和工况对其叶轮、泵体等水力过流部件进行了一种新型改造优化。文中研究的改造方法成功解决了水厂大型提升泵普遍存在因工况发生变化而引起振动、能耗增加问题,这对我国大中型水厂都有很现实的借鉴及推广价值。A water treatment plant in South China takes Taihu Lake as the water source and undertakes the water distribution work in Wujiang City.With the formal operation of water treatment plant,it is found that the actual operating condition of water pump in the secondary pump station obviously deviates from the rated working condition and vibration.Water supply pump unit in the secondary pump station needs to be optimized and transformed to improve its operation economy and reliability.Main research object of this paper is 3#pump and 6#pump with the most frequent operation in the secondary pump station.According to the average daily water supply scale and working conditions of actual demand,a new transformation and optimization is carried out on the hydraulic flow components such as impeller and pump body.Transformation method studied in this paper successfully solves the problems of vibration and increased energy consumption caused by changes in working conditions of large-scale lift pumps in water treatment plants,which has practical reference and promotion value for large and medium-sized water plants at home.
