倒置AAO-MBR工艺在湖南某污水厂提标改造工程中的应用

摘　　要：湖南某污水处理厂原一期处理水量为10.0万m^(3)/d,排放标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)二级标准,二期扩容处理水量为6.0万m^(3)/d,总处理水量将达到16.0万m^(3)/d。该污水处理厂原主体工艺采用“厌氧+氧化沟”,为提高污水处理能力、强化水质处理效果,将原工艺改造为“二级生化(缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧池)+MBR池”工艺。运行结果表明,工程改扩建完成后,处理水量达到16.0万m^(3)/d,出水水质指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。本项目MBR池产水量维持在16.0万-18.3万m^(3)/d,平均膜通量为16.25 L/(m^(2)·h),平均产水量为16.9万m^(3)/d,跨膜压差为-25--5 kPa。项目改扩建总投资1.5亿元,日常运行维护成本为0.7387元/m^(3)。The water treatment capacity of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Hunan is 1.60×10^(5) m^(3)/d with the first phase is 100000 m^(3)/d and the second phase expand 60000 m^(3)/d.The“anaerobic+oxidation ditch”process is adopted in the first phase of the WWTP and the discharged water quality meet the second grade criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).In order to improve the process capacity and the quality standard of effluent,the original process is reconstructed into“secondary biochemical(anoxic tank,anaerobic tank,aerobic tank)+MBR”process.The operation results show that wastewater treatment capacity reach 1.6×10^(5) m^(3)/d and the discharged water quality meet the first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The water production of the MBR maintained 1.60×10^(5)-1.83×10^(5) m^(3)/d which the average water production is 1.69×10^(5) m^(3)/d,the average membrane flux is 16.25 L/(m^(2)·h),the transmembrane pressure is-25--5 k Pa.The total investment of the project is 150 million yuan,the operation and maintenance cost is 0.7387 yuan/m^(3).
