摘 要:污水处理厂改扩建过程中新老衔接问题日益凸显。以上海某污水处理厂为例,聚焦污水处理厂改扩建过程中涉及的重点新老衔接环节,从单体规模、水量分配、附属设施、海绵设施等方面进行深入讨论,提出针对性措施方案。研究提出:在污水处理厂改扩建过程中应当重视工艺流程的一致性或相关性、水量合理分配设计、不停水或少停水方案设计、事故和应急工况下的应对措施以及海绵城市方案设计。研究可为污水处理厂改扩建过程中的设计方案完善及工程顺利实施推进提供参考借鉴。In the process of reconstruction and expansion of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),the connection between new and old facilities is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking a WWTP in Shanghai as an example,the key new and old connection links involved in the reconstruction and expansion of the WWTP are analyzed,an in-depth discussion from the aspects of facilities scale,water quantity distribution,ancillary facilities and sponge facilities is conducted,targeted measures and schemes are puts forward.It is proposed that in the process of reconstruction and expansion of WWTPs,attention should be paid to the consistency or correlation of process flow,the design of reasonable water distribution,the scheme design of no or fewer water supply shut downs,the countermeasures under accident and emergency conditions and the scheme design of sponge city.This study can provide reference for the improvement of design scheme and the smooth implementation of the project in the process of reconstruction and expansion of WWTPs.
