摘 要:为减少汞废液的产生,文中对过硫酸铵分光光度法测定水中锰的硫酸汞使用量进行消减和优化。结果表明,配制1000 mL的硝酸银-硫酸汞溶液只需加入2 g硫酸汞,仅是国家标准(75 g)的2.67%,用此硝酸银-硫酸汞溶液预处理厦门地区氯化物含量≤50 mg/L的水样,可消除氯化物干扰,试验结果具有良好的精密度和准确度。该方法极大降低了硫酸汞的用量和试验成本,对保护环境具有积极的意义。In order to reduce the generation of mercury waste liquid,this paper reduced and optimized the use of mercury sulfate in the determination of manganese in water by ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry.Results showed that to prepare 1000 mL silver nitrate-mercury sulfate solution,only 2 g of mercury sulfate needs to be added,which is only 2.67%of 75 g specified in the national standard.Chloride interference could be effectively eliminated by using this silver nitrate-mercury sulfate solution to pretreat water samples with chloride content not higher than 50 mg/L in Xiamen area.Experimental results performed excellent in precision and accuracy.This method can greatly reduce the amount of mercury sulfate and the cost of the experiment,and has positive significance for environment protection.
