摘  要:聚硫氯化铝作为一种新型高效绿色的水处理剂,在上海净水厂被广泛应用。目前,国内尚无水处理剂聚硫氯化铝中氨氮的标准检测方法。文中建立了1-萘酚分光光度法测定聚硫氯化铝中氨氮的方法。聚硫氯化铝样品通过与次氯酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和1-萘酚混合后,形成蓝绿色络合物,经前处理后,使用分光光度计在波长为720 nm处测定吸光度,并通过工作曲线计算得到氨氮含量。标准工作曲线在0.005-0.035 mg内线性良好,方法检出限为0.0014 mg。样品的加标回收率为85.6%-90.0%。方法精密度和准确度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%-2.7%,平均相对误差为0.4%-1.3%。方法可操作性强,使用试剂毒性低,不易受杂质干扰,适用于聚硫氯化铝中氨氮的检测。Polysulfate aluminum chloride is widely used in the Shanghai water purification plants as a new,efficient and green water treatment agent at present.There is no standard test method for ammonia nitrogen in water treatment agent polysulfide aluminum chloride in China.The determination of ammonia nitrogen in polysulfate aluminum chloride by 1-naphthol and spectrophotography was established.The sample formed a blue-green complex after mixed with sodium hypochlorite,ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)and 1-naphthol.After sample was processed,absorbance was measured by spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 720 nm.There was a good linearity of standard curve in the range of 0.005-0.035 mg,and method detection limit was 0.0014 mg.Spiked recovery were 85.6%-90.0%.Method had good precision and accuracy.Relative standard deviation(RSD)were 0.3%-2.7%,and average relative error were 0.4%-1.3%.Method has strong operability,low toxicity and is not easily disturbed by impurities.It is suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in polysulfate aluminum chloride.
