摘 要:摆臂橡胶衬套是汽车悬架系统中重要的承载元件和隔振元件,其刚度特性直接影响悬架的弹性运动学,整车的操作稳定性和整车NVH特性。以某车型摆臂橡胶衬套为研究对象,通过对橡胶材料进行单轴拉伸试验,拟合出Mooney-rivlin模型的材料参数,利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS建立摆臂橡胶衬套有限元模型,提取橡胶衬套轴向、径向和扭转刚度,并与试验的测试结果进行对比。结果表明,误差在允许范围内,验证有限元模型的准确性为橡胶衬套产品的设计与开发具有重要的指导作用。Control arm rubber bushing is an important bearing component and vibration isolation component in the automobile suspension system,its stiffness characteristics directly affect the elasticity kinematics of the suspension and the operation stability of the vehicle and NVH charac-teristics.Such control arm rubber bushing as the research object,using the uniaxial tensile test of rubber materials,fitting out material parameters of the Mooney-rivlin model,using nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS establishes finite element model of control arm rubber bushing,extracts the rubber bushing axial,radial and torsional stiffness and compares with the test results of trials,the results show that the error is less than 5%,verify the accuracy of the finite element model,it can guide rubber bushing product design and development.
