摘 要:在车辆行驶过程中,路况的变化使桥壳受到强烈冲击载荷的影响,桥壳极易变形或折断。桥壳结构中,焊缝位置为应力集中较明显的区域之一,而且桥壳中下反作用杆支架焊缝位置的焊缝应力最为集中,容易开裂,严重影响桥壳的使用寿命及整车的安全性。针对这一问题,文章采用豪克能消除焊接应力技术及设备对焊缝应力集中区域进行处理,并探究豪克能消除焊接应力工艺对桥壳焊缝处残余应力的处理效果。Due to the different road conditions,the axle housing will be affected by the impact load during the driving,which may lead to the deformation or fracture of the axle housing.In the axle housing structure,the welding seam position is one of the areas where the stress concentration is more obvious,and the welding seam stress at the welding seam position of the lower reaction rod bracket in the axle housing is the most concentrated.Therefore,the position is the easiest to crack and affects the service life of the axle housing and the safety of the whole vehicle.In this paper,Hawking welding stress relief equipment was used to deal with the weld stress concentration area,and explored the treatment effect of Hawking welding stress relief technology on the residual stress at the weld of axle housing.
