摘　　要：目的:总结安置有心脏起搏器患者术中使用高频电刀的经验,为其围术期管理提出参考。方法:回顾分析2017年6月—2021年12月80例安置有心脏起搏器的患者在肺癌根治术中使用高频电刀的围术期管理方法,总结相关经验。结果:80例患者均未出现严重心律失常、起搏器损坏等情况。结论:加强围术期对安置有心脏起搏器患者的管理,明确相关流程,能够降低风险,促进多学科协作,提高工作效率。Objective:To summarize the experience of using high frequency electrotome in patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation,and to put forward suggestions for perioperative management of patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation using high frequency electrotome.Methods:The perioperative management of high frequency electrotomy in radical lung cancer in 80 patients with pacemakers installed from June 2017 to December 2021 was analyzed retrospectively,and relevant experience was summarized.Results:None of the 80 patients had serious arrhythmia or pacemaker damage.Conclusion:Strengthening perioperative management of patients with pacemaker implantation and defining relevant procedures can reduce patient safety risks and improve work efficiency.
