捐献全血与成分血在呼和浩特市居民中的认知度调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查捐献全血与成分血在呼和浩特市居民中的认知度。方法选取2019年4—12月1540名呼和浩特市居民作为研究对象,通过统计调查问卷,分析呼和浩特市居民捐献成分血积极性不高的原因及解决方法,并调查献血者捐献全血、成分血后恢复情况。结果制约呼市居民捐献成分血积极性的原因主要包括居民对成分血捐献的安全性存疑、采血点较少、捐献时间较长等;捐献成分血(血小板)恢复速度快于捐献全血后血细胞。结论呼和浩特市居民全血与成分血捐献不足的原因较多,临床针对性实施相应措施,提高人们对成分血捐献的认知度和积极性。Objective To investigate the awareness of donated whole blood and blood components among residents in Hohhot.Methods 1540 Hohhot residents were selected from April to December 2019 as the research subjects,and the reasons and solutions for the low enthusiasm of Hohhot residents to donate blood components were analyzed through questionnaire statistics.Post-recovery investigations were conducted.Results The reasons that restrict the enthusiasm of residents in Hohhot to donate blood components mainly include doubts about the safety of blood component donation,fewer blood collection points,and longer donation time;the recovery of blood components(platelets)is faster than that of blood cells after donating whole blood.Conclusion There are many reasons for the insufficient donation of whole blood and component blood by residents in Hohhot,and corresponding clinical measures should be implemented to improve people's awareness and enthusiasm for component blood donation.
