四妙勇安汤治疗痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察四妙勇安汤治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2021年1月该院皮肤科门诊收治的痤疮患者,经查文献研究及前期临床观察最小样本量应不少于60例,故纳入80例患者。采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(四妙勇安汤)和对照组(常规治疗),每组40例。比较两组患者临床疗效、药物不良反应发生情况等。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者疗效更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四妙勇安汤可有效提升痤疮患者临床疗效,可作为痤疮患者的有效治疗方式。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Simiaoyongan decoction on acne due to stagnation of heat and toxin.Methods From June 2020 to January 2021,the minimum sample size of this study should not be less than 60 cases,so a total of 80 patients were included.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,conventional treatment)and treatment group(40 cases,Simiao Yongan Decoction).The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of Simiao Yongan Decoction group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Simiao Yongan decoction can effectively improve the clinical effect of acne patients,and can be used as an effective treatment for acne patients.
