自制颈托对全身麻醉术后围苏醒期舌后坠引起的血氧饱和度下降的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究一种自制颈托在患者麻醉苏醒期的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年6月该院收治的全身麻醉术后围苏醒期嗜睡患者400例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组200例。研究组入复苏室时佩带自制颈托,对照组按常规入复苏室进行传统观察。常规检测两组患者生命体征。每2分钟采用改良Aldrete苏醒评分量表对两组患者进行评分,达9分者出复苏室。记录两组患者苏醒期氧饱和度变化,需要进行人工唤醒或托下颌患者的例次数及术后2天体温情况。结果两组患者干预前血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后2、4 min血氧饱和度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者人工唤醒或托下颌次数明显少于对照组,术后2天体温均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制颈托对全身麻醉术后围苏醒期舌后坠引起的血氧饱和度下降干预效果确切,有利于快速通气,确保患者呼吸道通畅及生命体征稳定性,减低窒息等危险情况的出现,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of a self-made neck brace in anesthesia recovery period.Methods The subjects of this study were patients in the recovery period after general anesthesia,which were divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were wearing self-made neck brace when entering the resuscitation room,while patients in the control group were routinely admitted to the resuscitation room,and routine vital signs were detected in both groups.A total of 400 patients with peri-wake lethargy after general anesthesia were admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into different groups:experimental group:self-made neck brace;Control group:traditional observation was used.Results There was no difference between self-made neck brace and traditional observation(P>0.05).The modified Aldrete resuscitation score scale was used to score the two groups every 2 minutes,and the time for patients to leave the resuscitation room at 9 minutes was recorded,and the patients with SpO 2<90%in the resuscitation period needed artificial awakening or jaw support to improve oxygen saturation.The oxygen saturation index of the experimental group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).,and there was difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made neck brace has definite intervention effect on blood oxygen saturation decrease caused by tongue fall in peri-recovery period after general anesthesia,which is beneficial to rapid ventilation,ensure the airway patency,ensure the stability of patients'vital signs,and reduce the occurrence of asphyxia and other dangerous situations.It is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
