摘  要:随着特高压直流输电的大规模并网,直流换流站动态无功不足问题愈加明显。大容量新型调相机在满足换流站动态无功需求时,快速性需要深入研究。调相机快速性主要与时间常数有关,通过分析磁链法,发现d轴电枢反应电抗X_(ad)与其开路暂态时间常数T′_(d0)关系较大,影响因素主要有铁心长度l和气隙δ。首先,利用ANSYS Workbench平台搭建了调相机有限元和温升模型,得到了调相机整体温度分布;其次,计算了不同铁心长度与气隙时T′_(d0)的大小,对比分析了铁心长度及气隙对T′_(d0)的影响,给出了铁心长度及气隙的优化建议。结果表明在保障无功功率的前提下,调相机气隙减小,T′_(d0)下降较大,快速性提升效果明显,同时温升降低;铁心长度减小,温升略微增大,快速性有所提升,为其运行和本体设计提供了参考及理论基础。With the large⁃scale grid connection for UHVDC(ultra⁃high voltage direct current)transmission,the insufficient dynamic reactive power in DC converter station becomes more and more obvious.The rapidity of large⁃capacity new⁃type condenser needs to be further studied when it meets the dynamic reactive power demand of converter station.The rapidity of condenser is mainly related to the time constant.By analyzing the flux linkage method,it is found that the d⁃axis armature reaction reactance X_(ad) has a close relationship with its open circuit transient time constant T′_(d0),and the main influencing factors are core length l and air gapδ.The finite element model and temperature rise model of the condenser are built by the platform ANSYS Workbench,so as to obtain the overall temperature distribution of the condenser.The size of T′_(d0) with different core length and air gap is calculated.The influence of core length and air gap on T′_(d0) is contrasted and analyzed.The suggestions on the optimization of core length and air gap are given.The results show that on the premise of ensuring the reactive power,when the air gap of the condenser is reduced,T′_(d0) will decrease greatly,which results in obvious rapidity improvement effect and decrease of temperature rise;when its core length is reduced,its temperature rise will increase slightly,and its rapidity is improved somewhat,which provides a reference and theoretical basis for the operation and body design of the condenser.
