摘 要:为了提升机械元件制造精度,设计一种基于人工智能技术的机械制造全过程控制系统。在Multi⁃Agent集成框架体系中,按需连接Holonic机械制造元件与Job⁃Shop调度控制主机,完成系统硬件搭建。在此基础上,基于人工智能技术的节点辨识原则,处理执行控制程序之间的交互关系,根据信息反馈原则判断机械元件制造精度水平,完成控制系统的软件设计。实验结果表明,与数字孪生系统相比,在人工智能技术作用下,所加工的机械元件制造精度水平更为贴近理想化精度数值,能够充分满足机械制造全过程精准控制的要求。A mechanical manufacturing whole process control system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed to improve the manufacturing accuracy of mechanical components.In the Multi⁃Agent integrated framework system,the Holonic mechanical manufacturing components and the Job⁃Shop scheduling control host are connected as required to construct the system hardware.On this basis,the interactive relationship between the execution control programs is balanced on the basis of the node identification principle of artificial intelligence technology,the level of manufacturing precision of mechanical components is determined according to the information feedback principle,so as to complete the software design of the control system.The experimental results show that,in comparison with the digital twin system,the level of manufacturing precision of mechanical components fabricated by this system is closer to the ideal precision value under the effect of artificial intelligence technology.Therefore,it can fully meet the requirements of precise control in the whole process of mechanical manufacturing.
