摘　　要：目的探讨常规经支气管镜针吸活检术(C-TNBA)的非“王氏”穿刺点定位选择,提高对C-TBNA的认识。方法收集浙江省人民医院非“王氏”穿刺点C-TBNA成功病例6例,并对穿刺点选择方法进行分析总结。结果6例患者胸部CT提示为贴壁腔外肺部病变,部位为非“王氏”穿刺点,均行C-TBNA,并经病理明确诊断。结论通过“AB钟面三步法”对非“王氏”穿刺点进行定位选择,可使C-TBNA在临床中获得更好的应用。Objective To improve the understanding of conventional transbronchial needle aspiration(C-TBNA),how to select the“non-wang”puncture points for conventional transbronchial needle aspiration was discussed.Methods 6 cases of the“non-wang”puncture points for conventional transbronchial needle aspiration were retrospectively analyzed,and the puncture point selection methods were analyzed and summarized.Results 6 patients with chest CT showed extraluminal lung lesions at“non-wang”puncture point,all of whom were diagnosed by C-TBNA and pathology.Conclusion The“AB-three-step”method for the location to the“nonwang”puncture points could make C-TBNA better in clinical application.
