摘  要:为实现废钢预热型超高功率电弧炉各种钢铁料的合理配比,以配料成本最低为目标,建立了配料和合金化优化模型。同时,为了优化冶炼参数和各项消耗指标,对物料平衡和热平衡进行了计算。物料平衡计算结果显示,金属收得率为96.4%,等效石灰消耗量为34.1 kg/t钢,与实际生产指标相符;根据实际冶炼平均总电耗为360 kW·h/t钢进行的热量平衡计算结果显示,熔化期的热量损失占全部热量损失的80%以上,主要原因是电弧辐射散热太多。通过提前造泡沫渣埋弧加热减少辐射散热,以及调整竖井内废钢的布料方式使高温烟气与废钢充分换热,提高废钢预热温度,可将电耗控制在340 kW·h/t钢以下。In order to achieve reasonable mixing of various steel materials in scrap preheating ultra-high-power electric arc furnace and to minimize the cost of mixing,an optimization model of mixing and alloying is established.At the same time,the material balance and heat balance are calculated in order to optimize smelting parameters and consumption indexes.The material balance results show metallic yield is 96.4%and equivalent lime consumption 34.1 kg per ton,which are consistent with the actual production indicators.The results of the heat balance calculations performed according to the actual smelting average total power consumption of 360 kW·h per ton,the heat loss during melting period accounts for more than 80%of the total heat loss.The main reason is that arc radiation radiates too much heat.Through submerging arc heating of foam slag in advance to reduce radiative heat dissipation,adjusting the distribution of scrap steel in the shaft to fully exchange high temperature flue gas and scrap steel,improving the scrap preheating temperature to control the power consumption of 360 kW·h per ton.
