摘　　要：介绍了韶钢3200 m^(3)高炉于停炉检修后开炉快速富氧喷煤恢复正常生产的过程。通过科学合理的开炉配料装料方案,以及后续料炉料结构和变料时机的精准把控,保障高炉气流稳定,炉缸热量充足的同时快速富氧喷煤,达到灵活调剂炉温,使铁水[Si]平稳下降,减轻了炉前工作量,并实现了高炉快速达产。The process of rapid oxygen-enriched coal injection in 3200 m^(3) blast furnace of Baowu Shaoguan Iron and Steel Company was introduced.Through scientific and reasonable charging scheme,accurate control of subsequent charge structure and changing time,the blast furnace gas flow was stable and the hearth heat was sufficient.At the same time,the oxygen enriched coal injection was carried out quickly to achieve flexible adjustment of furnace temperature,so that the hot metal Si content decreased steadily and the work amount in front of the furnace was reduced.Finally,the blast furnace can reach the production capacity quickly.
