摘 要:烧结烟气循环技术是钢铁烧结工序提质增效、降低烟气综合治理成本的有效技术手段,中国科学院过程工程研究所开发应用的烧结烟气选择性循环节能减排技术,通过工艺技术创新和关键设备优化,首次实现了节能减排增产多功能耦合,并成功应用于河钢邯钢。长期运行结果表明,技术运行效果优于设计值,实现烟气量减排20.4%,固体燃耗降低9.44%,烧结矿产量提升6.9%,吨矿CO_(2)排放强度降低13.1 kg,NO_(x)减排20.9%,CO减排23.3%,二噁英减排33.9%,减污降碳协同治理效果显著。Sintering flue gas circulation technology is an effective technical means to improve the quality and efficiency of steel sintering process and reduce the comprehensive control cost of flue gas.The selective cycle energy saving and emission reduction technology of sintering flue gas developed and applied by the Institute of Process Engineering,Chinese Academy of Sciences has realized multi-functional coupling of energy saving,emission reduction and production increase for the first time through technological innovation and optimization of key equipment,and has been successfully applied to HBIS Group Hansteel Company.Long-term operation results show that the operation effect of the technology is better than the design value,and the smoke gas emission is reduced by 20.4%,solid fuel consumption is reduced by 9.44%,sinter output is increased by 6.9%,CO_(2) emission intensity per ton of ore is reduced by 13.1 kg.NO_(x) emission reduction 20.9%,CO emission reduction 23.3%,dioxin emission reduction 33.9%,pollution reduction and carbon reduction synergistic effect are remarkable.
