摘　　要：分析和讨论了YB/T 5293-2014《金属材料顶锻试验方法》标准,对标准中部分条款与实际操作不相符的方面进行了阐述与讨论,并针对存在的问题提出了修订建议。建议将冷顶锻试验适用范围上限调整至横截面尺寸45 mm,h_(1)允许偏差修订为±2.5%h,以提高标准的适用性与可操作性。The standard of YB/T 5293-2014《Test method for metal material top forging》is analyzed and discussed.Some items in the standard which are not in accordance with the actual operation are expounded and discussed.It is suggested that the upper limit of the cold upset test scope be adjusted to the cross-sectional dimension of 45 mm and the allowable h_(1) deviation be revised to±2.5%h to improve the applicability and operability of the standard.
