摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医“疫病”范畴,以“湿毒”为病机核心,病位主要在肺、脾,舌苔厚腻为该病典型的舌象表现,通过观察舌象,辨识痰湿体质,可早期个体化防治;在不同病程阶段,根据舌苔变化规律,审证求因,指导辨证施治;新冠肺炎治疗过程中,舌象可随病情进展发生变化,明确地反映病邪轻重和病情进展,及时进行疗效评价及预后转归评估。因此,舌诊在新冠肺炎的早期预防、治疗阶段及后期康复均发挥“辨舌识病”的重要意义。COVID-19 belongs to the category of“epidemic disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.It takes“dampness toxin”as the core of the pathogenesis.The location of the disease is mainly in the lung and spleen.The thick and greasy tongue coating is the typical tongue manifestation of the disease.Through observing the tongue image,we can identify the phlegm dampness constitution,which can be individually prevented and treated in the early stage;At different stages of the disease course,according to the change law of tongue coating,we can judge the syndrome and seek the cause,and guide the treatment based on syndrome differentiation;During the treatment of COVID-19,the tongue image can change with the progress of the disease,clearly reflect the severity of the disease and the progress of the disease,and timely evaluate the curative effect and prognosis.Therefore,tongue diagnosis plays an important role in the early prevention,treatment and later rehabilitation of COVID-19.
