摘　　要：应用型本科高校的传统教学模式已不能满足企业界对毕业生要具备的能力要求,导致两者之间的矛盾逐渐突显,而OBE工程教育理念提倡的能力素质与应用型人才培养的能力素质相契合。基于OBE理念下,对应用型本科高校工商管理专业人才培养体系进行重新构建,明确定位培养目标,进行课程设置调整和学生成果评价,从而培养出高素质、具有创新意识和实践能力的工商管理专业应用型人才。The traditional teaching mode of application-oriented colleges and universities can no longer meet the requirements of enterprises for graduates,resulting in the increasing contradiction between the two,while the ability and quality advocated by the OBE engineering education concept are consistent with those of application-oriented talents training.In view of the concept,this paper uses the OBE concept to reconstruct the cultivation system of business administration professional talents in application-oriented universities,defines the training objectives,adjusts the curriculum and evaluates the students'achievements,so as to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents of business administration with innovative consciousness and practical ability.
