摘　　要：建设和运行管理中的水利工程数量逐年增加,许多不确定的风险因素正在影响着工程的质量,并直接关系到项目的投资效益、社会效益和环境效益。合理有效地进行风险防控已成为风险管理的内在需要。保险作为风险转移的主要手段之一,越来越受到水利工程建设相关管理者、从业者的重视,对水利工程建设风险的防范作用日益凸显。The number of water conservancy projects in construction and operation management is increasing year by year.Many uncertain risk factors are affecting the quality of the project.It is directly related to the investment benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit of the project.Reasonable and effective risk prevention and control has become the inherent need of risk management.Managers and practitioners related to water conservancy project construction pay,pre and more attention to insurance as one of the main means of risk transfer.Its preventive effect on the risk of water conservancy project construction is increasingly prominent.
