新时代中国石化润滑油业务高质量发展的探索

摘　　要：在新时代的大背景下,我们要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入推进国有企业改革,为高质量发展提供强大思想武器和科学行动指南。中国石化润滑油有限公司积极落实高质量发展要求,以打造世界领先润滑油企业为愿景,积极投身“国企改革三年行动”,按照中国石化“一基两翼三新”发展格局的要求,以改革创新引领中国石化润滑油业务的可持续发展。本文以中国石化润滑油有限公司为例,对正在推进的全方位、系统化的改革进行总结分析,对公司如何适应新时代要求,润滑油业务怎样实现高质量发展进行阐述说明。In the context of the new era,we should take Xi’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era as the guide,further promote the reform of state-owned enterprises,and provide a powerful ideological weapon and scientific action guide for high-quality development.SINOPEC Lubricant Company actively implements the requirements of high-quality development,takes“building a world leading lubricating oil enterprise”as the vision,actively participates in the“three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform”,and leads the sustainable development of SINOPEC lubricating oil business with reform and innovation in accordance with the requirements of SINOPEC’s“one foundation,two wings and three innovations”development pattern.Taking SINOPEC Lubricant Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the comprehensive and systematic reform being promoted,and expounds how the company can adapt to the requirements of the new era and how the lubricant business can achieve high-quality development.
