石化产业链(聚烯烃产品)开展金融衍生品业务模式的实践和探索

摘　　要：近年来国内金融产品不断完善,为石化产业的发展提供了丰富的金融产品,也为国内石化产业的快速发展起到了保驾护航的作用。本文通过中国石化化工销售有限公司华东分公司在具体实践过程中的一些经典案例,阐述产融结合对于石化企业经营活动的重要意义,并就具体金融产品的适用场景和存在的部分缺陷以及产业链在产融结合方面发展存在的明显不平衡提出了建议。The continuous improvement of domestic financial products in recent years not only provides a rich range of financial products for the petrochemical industry,but also provides strong guarantee for the rapid development of the industry.Through some specific examples from the practice of East China Branch of SINOPEC Chemical Commercial Holding Company Limited,the paper discusses the significance of industryfinance integration to the operations of petrochemical enterprises.Recommendations are also provided on the applicability and defects of specific financial products as well as how to resolve the imbalance in the development of industry-finance integration in the industry chain.
