摘　　要：本文通过聚集中心工作,对接中国石化广大员工群众对体育健身的需求,提高政治站位,把握群众体育工作,完善服务功能,提高职工群众生活品质和加强人才队伍以及加强组织建设等方面研究,完善员工群众体育工作组织、服务、运行、保障体系,不断提高职工群众身体素质和健康水平。Through focusing on the core tasks,this paper aims to meet the needs of SINOPEC employees for sports and fitness,improve the political position,grasp the essence of public sports work,improve the service function and the quality of life of employees,and strengthen the talent team as well as the research on organizational construction,so as to improve the organization,service,operation and guarantee system for the work,and constantly improve the physical quality and health level of employees.
