摘 要:为研究金山店铁矿巷道喷射混凝土支护的性能,通过室内抗压强度及抗变形强度试验,得到喷射混凝土修正后的平均抗压强度为17.05 MPa;弹性模量为7.90~14.55 GPa,平均值为12.28 GPa;泊松比为0.267~0.330,平均值为0.287。采用Flac^(3D)软件对巷道开挖后喷射混凝土支护进行数值模拟分析,其结果表明,当前喷射混凝土支护能抑制巷道围岩的变形,分析了最佳的支护时段;对其抗压强度及抗变形强度低于规范的原因进行分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。In order to study the shotcrete support performance in the Jinshandian Iron Mine roadways,the average compressive strength of the shotcrete revised is 17.05 MPa obtained by indoor compressive strength and deformation strength tests;the elastic modulus ranged from 7.90-14.55 GPa with an average of 12.28 GPa;the poisson ratio was 0.267-0.330 with an average of 0.287.The numerical simulation of the shotcrete support after the roadways were excavated was analyzed by Flac^(3D) software,the results of which showed that the current shotcrete support can suppress the deformation of the rock in the roadway,and the optimal period of support was analyzed;the compressive strength and the reason why the deformation strength values were lower than the specifications were analyzed and corresponding solutions were given.
