摘 要:某黄金冶炼公司针对氰化尾渣无害化处理过程中产生的高浓度含氰废水特点,对传统因科法进行改进,研发了铜盐沉淀法,并对试验条件进行了优化。试验确定的最佳条件为:焦亚硫酸钠用量5.0 g/L、五水硫酸铜用量25 g/L、pH值控制在6~8、反应时间10~30 min,处理后的废水满足循环用水要求,即总氰化合物质量浓度<10 mg/L。该方法弥补了传统因科法无法处理硫氰酸盐含量较高含氰废水的缺点,实现了高浓度含氰废水的快速、高效净化处理,除氰效果显著,为含氰废水无害化处理提供了技术支持。A gold smelting company produces high concentration cyanide-containing wastewater during the detoxification process of cyanide tailings.Based on that,conventional Inco method is modified and copper salt precipitation method is developed.The test conditions are optimized.The optimal conditions are as follows:sodium pyrophosphate dosage 5.0 g/L,copper sulfate pentahydrate dosage 25 g/L,pH 6-8,reaction time 10-30 min.Under the conditions,the wastewater treated can meet the standard of the total cyanide mass concentration less than 10 mg/L in the circulating water.The method makes up for the shortcomings of conventional Inco method that it can not treat cyanide-containing wastewater with high content of thiocyanate,realizes rapid and effective purification of cyanide-containing wastewater,with outstanding cyanide removal effect.The study provides technical support for detoxification of cyanide-containing wastewater.
