摘 要:空气净化器虽然在国内已获得大规模应用,但室内气流组织状态会直接影响空气净化器的性能。对此,基于数值模拟法对30 m的标准试验舱进行研究,从换气效率的角度来探讨空气净化器各影响因素对空气净化器性能的影响。研究结果表明,空气净化器的摆放位置对换气效率有较大的影响,空气净化器的档位大小对换气效率影响较小,而加大循环风扇的风量能大幅度提升换气效率,在循环风量大于空气净化器新风量的1.55倍时,可充分发挥空气净化器的性能。本研究的研究结果可为国家标准的修订和改进提供参考依据。Although the air cleaner has been popularized in China,the indoor air distribution status will directly affect the performance of the air cleaner.In this regard,based on the numerical simulation method,the 30 m~3 standard test chamber was studied,and the influence of various influencing factors of the air cleaner on the performance of the air cleaner was discussed from the perspective of ventilation efficiency.The results show that the placement position of the air cleaner has a great impact on the ventilation efficiency,and the gear size of the air cleaner has little impact on the ventilation efficiency.Increasing the air volume of the circulating fan can greatly improve the ventilation efficiency,and give full play to the performance of the air cleaner when the air volume of the circulating fan is greater than 1.55 times the fresh air volume of the air cleaner.The research results can provide a reference basis for the revision and improvement of national standards.
