摘 要:针对乐纪河流域暴雨洪水洪量集中、峰值高、历时短且量大,河谷狭窄且两岸山高坡陡等特点,对龙井湾水库施工期拦洪度汛带来较大困难的问题。结合坝址区地形地质条件和施工分期设计洪水成果,综合考虑安全度汛和挡水建筑物布置等关键内容,优选围堰一次拦断河床、隧洞泄水的导流方式,并对导流建筑物形式和结构参数进行合理调整。优选的施工导流方案具有较好的工程匹配性和技术经济性,确保了工程施工安全度汛和关键线路工期。Aiming at the problems of concentrated flood volume, high peak value, short duration and large volume of rainstorm flood, narrow river valley and steep mountains on both banksin Leji river basin,which will bring great difficulties for flood control during the construction period of Long Jing-wan reservoir. Combing with the dam site area topography and geology conditions and construction stages flood design analyzing results, and the comprehensively considered key contents such as safe flood control and water retaining structures layout, the scheme with full-section cofferdam to intercept the river to retain water and tunnel to discharge water has been optimal chosen, and the type and diversion structures′structural parameters have been reasonably adjusted. The optimized construction diversion scheme has good engineering matching and technical economy, which can ensur esafe flood control and key lines of construction period during engineering construction.
