摘　　要：科技成果转化关乎国家创新驱动发展战略的实现,评价是科技活动的指挥棒。为落实科技评价机制改革,通过相关理论分析与实践研究,针对河南省科技成果转化的现状及评价存在的问题,提出科技成果转化效益评价的对策建议,完善河南省科技成果转化评价机制,引导和促进科技成果高质量转化。The technology transfer is an important way for national innovation driven development, and evaluation is the baton of scientific and technological activities. In order to implement the reform of scientific and technological evaluation, through theoretical and practical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the evaluation of the technology transfer in Henan Province. It is conducive to improve the evaluation mechanism of the technology transfer in Henan Province and promote technology transfer to achieve high-quality development.
