摘　　要：政党是构建人类命运共同体的重要主体,担负着引领方向、凝聚共识、促进发展、加强合作和完善治理的责任。然而,在纷繁复杂的国际形势中,政党在构建人类命运共同体中普遍面临着履责难题,具体表现为:中西方对政党责任的理解存在分歧,意识形态差异妨碍政党间交流与合作,全球性平台机制缺乏使得政党力量难以凝聚,政党格局碎片化冲击政党国际合作稳定性,政党发展危机削减政党责任的作为空间等。面对困境与难题,中国共产党提出构建人类命运共同体的倡议,并提供了实践可行的中国方案:一是要创新全球治理理念,构建公正合理国际秩序;二是要发挥示范引领作用,彰显负责任大党使命担当;三是要跨越意识形态藩篱,搭建全球性政党对话平台;四是要推进文明交流互鉴,破解多元文明交往困局;五是要弘扬全人类共同价值,推动全球治理体系变革。Political parties are important subjects in building a community with a shared future for mankind,and are responsible for leading the direction,building consensus,promoting development,strengthening cooperation and improving governance.However,in the complicated international situation,political parties generally face difficulties in fulfilling their responsibilities in building a community with a shared future for mankind,which are manifested in the divergent understanding of the responsibilities of political parties in China and the West lead to different views on responsibility,the ideological differences impede the communication and cooperation between political parties,the lack of global platforms and mechanisms make it difficult for political parties to condense,the fragmentation of the political party landscape affects the stability of international cooperation among political parties,and the crisis of party development reduces the space for political party responsibilities,etc.In the face of difficulties and dilemmas,the Communist Party of China has put forward the initiative of building a community with a shared future for mankind,and provided practical and feasible Chinese solutions.The first is to innovate the concept of global governance and build a fair and reasonable international order;the second is to play an exemplary and leading role and demonstrate the mission of a responsible large party;the third is to cross ideological barriers and build a dialogue platform for global political parties;the fourth is to promote the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations and break the dilemma of interaction between multiple civilizations;finally,carry forward the common values of all mankind and promote the reform of the global governance system.
