摘　　要：在市场可行性调研的基础上,提出了基于O2O协同运作的农村快递运营模式。强调以市场化运作为主导、自组织与他组织相结合,通过线上、线下两个平台协同联动,实现农村快递市场轻资产、柔性化运作。线上平台主要由快递众包和农村团购两个功能模块构成,面向农村开展快递众包和农村团购服务,兼顾社交、助农、二手交易等涉农服务。线下平台由乡、村两级服务网络构成,面向农村开展快件收派、分拣、暂存及冷链增值服务。通过建立和完善政策保障、资源共享、信任、激励与风险防范等运行机制,激发O2O平台服务动能,推进农村快递市场平稳、有序、可持续发展。In this paper,on the basis of a market feasibility research,we intorduced a rural express delivery operation mode based on O2O collaborative operation,which emphasizes market-oriented operation,combination of self-organization and other-organization,and coordinated linkage of the online and offline platforms to achieve the asset-light and flexible operation of the rural express delivery market.The online platform mainly consists of two functional modules,namely express delivery crowdsourcing and rural group buying for rural areas,which also make available such agriculture-related auxiliary services as social networking,farmer support,and second-hand article transactions,etc.The offline platform consists of the township and village service networks,and provides express delivery,sorting,temporary storage and cold chain value-added services for rural areas.Next,we proposed to set up and improve operating mechanisms such as policy support,resource sharing,trust,incentives and risk prevention,etc.to stimulate the service momentum of the O2O platform,and propel the stable,orderly and sustainable development of the rural express delivery market.
