摘　　要：累积数量控制图CQC-r是事件时间间隔控制图的一种,将变采样间隔策略与CQC-r图结合,给出VSI CQC-r图的设计方法,推导平均报警时间的表达式;使用改进因子对VSI CQC-r图的性能进行分析,验证了变采样间隔对CQC-r图的改进效果。最后将VSI CQC-r图应用于订货间隔的监控,验证该控制图在供应链管理中的有效性。In this paper,we pointed out that CQC-r was a specific event time interval chart.Then,to combine the variable sampling intervals(VSI)strategy with CQC-r chart,we presented a design method of the VSI CQC-r chart,and deduced the expression of the average time to signal.Next,we used the modified factors to analyze the performance of the VSI CQC-r chart,and verified the effect of the improved chart.Finally,we applied the VSI CQC-r chart in the monitoring of order placement interval to verify the effectiveness of the chart in supply chain management.
