摘　　要：为解决硬纸板条盒装填机空盒输送通道易堵塞、堵塞后不能及时停机的问题,通过分析设备输送通道的结构,找出堵塞产生的原因并对其进行改造。改进后的空盒输送通道输送顺畅、稳定性提高,增加了堵塞检测功能,出现空盒堵塞时该装置能有效发出停机信号,达到提高设备有效效率和提高设备安全性能的目的。In order to solve the problem that the empty box conveying channel of cardboard box filling machine is easy to be blocked and cannot be stopped in time after blockage,the structure of the conveying channel of the equipment is analyzed,the causes of blockage are identified and the channel is modified.The device can effectively send out a stop signal when the empty box is blocked to improve the effective efficiency and safety performance of the equipment.
