摘 要:针对某煤炭企业带式输送机液压张紧装置存在的漏油问题,开展了变频自动张紧装置设计,完成了总体结构、关键部件选型等工作。应用结果表明,变频张紧装置结构合理,实现了启动、满速运行和停车工况下的自动张紧功能;相较于液压张紧装置,变频张紧装置响应时间缩短了约12%,振幅降低了近20%,张紧力达到稳定状态的时间减少了近15%,应用效果良好。In view of the oil leakage problem of hydraulic tensioning device of belt conveyor in a coal enterprise,the design of frequency conversion automatic tensioning device was carried out,and the overall structure and selection of key parts were completed.The application results show that the structure of the frequency conversion tensioning device is reasonable,and it can realize the automatic tensioning function under the starting,full speed operation and stopping conditions;compared with the hydraulic tensioning device,the response time of the frequency conversion tensioning device is shortened by about 12%,the amplitude is reduced by nearly 20%,and the time for the tensioning force to reach the stable state is reduced by nearly 15%,so the application effect is good.
