摘 要:以某矿井下所用对旋轴流主通风机为研究对象,从多方面进行了矿用对旋轴流主通风机叶轮的优化改进分析探讨。运行结果显示,先进的旋转机械结构设计技术的应用能明显改变传统鼓筒受力方式、降低鼓筒质量;增设不同锥角定位块可调节叶片角度精确度并控制叶片角度偏差。性能测试及带网运行结果均显示,改进后的通风机效率、风量等性能参数明显优化,运行可靠程度显著提升。Taking the counter-rotating axial flow main ventilator used in a mine as the research object,the analysis and improvement of the impeller of the counter-rotating axial flow main ventilator used in the mine is discussed from various aspects based on the overview of the current operation status and problems of the machinery.The operation results show that the application of advanced rotating mechanical structure design technology can significantly change the traditional drum force mode and reduce the weight of the drum;the addition of different taper angle positioning blocks can adjust the blade angle accuracy and control the blade angle deviation;the performance test and with the network operation results show that the improved ventilation fan efficiency,air volume and other performance parameters are significantly optimized,and the operation reliability is significantly improved.
