摘  要:为进一步提升煤矿供电网络的稳定性和可靠性,保证煤矿的高效、安全生产。针对真空断路器传统操作机构可靠性低、结构复杂以及分散性大的缺点,采用永磁机构为核心对真空断路器进行控制,完成了永磁机构的结构类型、相关参数,以及永磁机构控制系统的设计,并通过试验平台验证了永磁机构的性能,取得理想结果。In order to further improve the stability and reliability of coal mine power supply network and ensure the efficient and safe production of coal mines.Based on the shortcomings of low reliability,complex structure and large dispersion of traditional operating mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker,permanent magnetic mechanism is adopted as the core to control the vacuum circuit breaker,and the design of structure type and relevant parameters of permanent magnetic mechanism is completed;finally,the control system of permanent magnetic mechanism is designed,and the performance of permanent magnetic mechanism is verified through the test platform,and the ideal results are obtained.
