带式输送机的设计选型研究

摘　　要：为保证带式输送机能够实现对综采工作面煤炭的高效、安全运行,实现带式输送机与生产情况相互匹配尤为重要。在对带式输送机驱动和制动技术研究的基础上,结合带式输送机的原始参数完成输送带参数、输送机布置形式、滚筒、减速器、制动器以及软启动装置的选型设计,为今后综采工作面中带式输送机的匹配性设计提供参考依据和方法。In order to ensure the belt conveyor can realize the efficient and safe operation of coal in the comprehensive mining face,it is especially important to realize the mutual matching between the belt conveyor and the production situation.Based on the study of belt conveyor drive and braking technology,the design of belt conveyor parameters,conveyor layout,pulleys,reducers,brakes and soft start devices is completed based on the original parameters of the belt conveyor to provide a reference and method for the matching design of belt conveyor in future comprehensive mining workings.
