摘 要:基于胶接结构在航空航天、船舶、土木和汽车等领域的大量应用,需要找到提高接头性能的方法,研究提出一种胶接结构,通过在黏接层中植入夹杂层来增强接头黏聚界面,以达到提高胶接头强度的目的。采用有限元法来验证该夹杂结构的合理性。结果表明,夹杂层的存在可以减少黏接剂层中的应力峰值,使得界面应力分布更均匀;夹层的厚度与接头强度呈正相关。Based on the large number of applications of glue joint structures in the fields of aerospace,marine,civil en-gineering and automotive,there is a need to find ways to improve the joint performance.The study proposes a glue joint structure to enhance the joint cohesive interface by implanting an inlay layer in the bonding layer for the purpose of improving the strength of the glue joint.The finite element method was used to verify the rationality of the intercalation structure.The results show that the presence of the intercalation layer can re-duce the stress peaks in the adhesive layer and make the interface stress distribution more uniform.The joint performance at different interlayer thicknesses was investigated,and it was found that the thickness was posi-tively correlated with the joint strength.
