摘  要:根据调查不同的现场条件所采用的割煤方式,得出了软煤层适用双向割煤、硬煤层适用半截深或单向割煤,并根据现场条件灵活调整的结论表明,软煤层地质条件下选用双向割煤工艺,在设备安全、稳定运行下极大地提供了产能;坚硬煤层下选用单向割煤,能够保护采掘设备,对煤矿进行连续生产提供了保障。同样,半截深采煤也能在煤质较硬时,在保护采掘设备前提下做到连续可靠的煤炭开采,做到安全高效的煤炭生产。According to the investigation of coal cutting methods used in different site conditions,the conclusion that two-way coal cutting is applicable to soft coal seams and half-cut depth or one-way coal cutting is applicable to hard coal seams,with flexible adjustment according to the site conditions is drawn.The bi-directional coal cutting process is selected under the geological conditions of soft coal seam,which greatly provides capacity under the safe and stable operation of equipment.One-way coal cutting under hard coal seam can protect the mining equipment and provide guarantee for continuous production in coal mines.Likewise,semi-cutting deep coal mining can also achieve continuous and reliable coal mining under the premise of protecting the mining equipment when the coal is hard,and can achieve safe and efficient coal production.
