摘 要:为解决传统采煤机控制仅通过牵引速度对采煤机截割状态进行控制而导致的回采率低、资源浪费的问题,在对采煤机基本结构和煤层阻抗识别理论研究的基础上,针对采煤机截割工况突变的情况,分别对截割阻抗减小和增大两种工况对应不同自适应变速截割控制策略下截割比能耗、生产率和切削面积对比分析,得出不同突变工况对应的最佳自适应变速截割控制策略。In order to solve the problems of low recovery rate and waste of resources caused by the traditional coal mining machine control only by controlling the cutting state of coal mining machine through traction speed,based on the study of the basic structure of coal mining machine and the theory of coal seam impedance identification,the energy consumption ratio,productivity and cutting area of cutting under different adaptive variable speed cutting control strategies for two working conditions of coal mining machine with decreasing and increasing cutting impedance are compared and analyzed respectively.The optimal adaptive variable speed cutting control strategy is obtained by comparing and analyzing the energy consumption ratio,productivity and cutting area under different adaptive variable speed cutting control strategies for different abrupt changes of working conditions.
