摘  要:以山西某矿81103运输巷DTL带式输送机为研究对象,对输送机跑偏原因进行分析,并提出采用调心托辊进行纠偏。使用ADAMS软件对调心托辊纠偏特性进行分析,发现调心托辊偏转角在12°以内时具备较强的纠偏能力,可较好地满足输送机早期纠偏需求。现场应用时若调心托辊偏转角超过12°,巡检即可轻松地发现输送机跑偏故障,此时可辅助采用人工纠偏。将调心托辊在现场应用后,带式输送机跑偏故障得以有效解决,在81103综采工作面回采期间未再出现输送机跑偏故障,现场应用取得较好成果。Taking the DTL belt conveyor of 81103 transport lane of a mine as the engineering research object,the causes of conveyor runout were analyzed and the use of centering rollers for deflection correction was proposed.The deflection characteristics of the centering roller are analyzed by ADAMS software,and it is found that the centering roller has strong deflection correction ability when the deflection angle is within 12°,which can better meet the demand of early conveyor deflection correction.If the deflection angle of the eccentric roller exceeds 12°in field application,the inspection can easily find the conveyor deflection fault,and the manual deflection correction can be adopted at this time.After applying the centering roller in the field,the belt conveyor runout fault can be effectively solved,and no conveyor runout fault occurs again during the recovery of 81103 comprehensive mining face,so the field application has achieved good results.
