摘 要:为解决3218综采工作面回撤巷道传统支护方案在设备撤离过程中存在的顶板下沉明显和两帮片帮严重的问题,在对3218综采工作面基本情况进行分析的基础上,对导致支护不利的主要原因进行分析,并针对性地从提高液压支架支护强度、强化对回撤巷道支护、合理确定收尾方案三方面制订具体支护方案。通过数值模拟手段验证,该优化方案可对巷道顶板和两帮的围岩实现整体加固。In order to solve the problems of obvious sinking of the roof plate and serious flaking of the two gangs during the evacuation of equipment in the traditional support scheme of the retraction lane of the 3218 comprehensive mining face,based on the analysis of the basic situation of the 3218 comprehensive mining face,the main causes of unfavorable support are analyzed,and the specific support scheme is formulated in three aspects:improving the support strength of the hydraulic bracket,strengthening the support of the retraction lane,and reasonably determining the closing scheme.The specific support plan was formulated in three aspects:improving the strength of the hydraulic support,strengthening the support of the retracted lane and rationalizing the closing plan.Through numerical simulation,the optimized plan can achieve the overall reinforcement of the top plate and the surrounding rock of both sides of the roadway.
