摘  要:为研究矿用掘进机截割头的振动性能,在自行设计的测试装置上进行切割试验。在试验过程中,采用摄影测量套件的主要组件高速摄像机和用于运动分析的TEMA Motion 3D软件两种方法测量了掘进机切割头的振动特性。根据高速摄像机记录的运动,确定切割头的运动轨迹,并确定其速度和加速度。将两个切割头同时切割且吊杆倾角垂直于地面时,使用这两种方法对切割头振动进行比较分析。In order to study the vibration performance of the cutting head of the mining roadheader,cutting tests were conducted on a self-designed testing device.During the test,two methods were used to measure the vibration characteristics of the cutting head of the roadheader.Based on the motion recorded by the high-speed camera,the trajectory of the cutting head was determined,and its velocity and acceleration were determined.Both methods were used for comparative analysis of cutting head vibrations when two cutting heads were cut simultaneously and the boom inclination was perpendicular to the ground.
