摘 要:针对输送带纵向撕裂难以检测,严重影响物料输送安全的现状,提出了一种基于视觉分析的带式输送机输送带撕裂监测系统。该系统以视觉监测为核心,通过采用图像预处理和图像消噪技术,实现了对输送带纵向撕裂的精确监测和报警。经实际应用表明,新的输送机撕裂监测系统对撕裂区域判断的准确性达到99.9%,对提升输送机系统的运行稳定性具有十分重要的意义。A belt conveyor belt tear monitoring system based on visual analysis is proposed for the current situation that longitudinal belt tears are difficult to detect and seriously affect the safety of material transportation.With visual monitoring as the core,the system achieves accurate monitoring and alarming of conveyor belt longitudinal tear by using image pre-processing and image noise elimination technology.According to the practical application,the new conveyor tear monitoring system,with an accuracy of 99.9%in judging the tear area,is of great importance to improve the operational stability of the conveyor system.
