摘  要:为建立液压支架姿态监测传感器系统,实现液压支架姿态在线监测,分析了液压支架的运动学模型,设计了光纤光栅倾斜传感器并进行了性能测试;分析了基于光纤传感技术的液压支架监测系统的可靠性,获得了工作面生产过程中液压支架姿态的动态状态。实践应用表明,该姿态监测传感器系统可广泛应用于四柱挡块式液压支架和立式支架的准分布式测量与长期在线监测。In order to establish the hydraulic bracket attitude monitoring sensor system and realize the online monitoring of hydraulic bracket attitude,the kinematic model of the hydraulic bracket was analyzed,the fiber grating tilt sensor was designed and its performance was tested;the reliability of the hydraulic bracket monitoring system based on fiber optic sensing technology was analyzed,and the dynamic state of the hydraulic bracket attitude during the production process of the working face was obtained.The practical application shows that the attitude monitoring sensor system can be widely used in quasi-distributed measurement and long-term online monitoring of four-post block hydraulic bracket and vertical bracket.
